The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to three for candidates who possess a first level university degree or higher. Of the minimum years needed, two years in accounting functions is required. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. IPSAS/IFRS experience is required. Relevant work experience within the United Nations Common System or similar international organization is desirable. Experience with finance modules of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems is desirable. Experience with SAP or Umoja system is desirable.LanguagesEnglish and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required.
