Job description: A global tech company is building a new team in Dublin and, as part of this growth, they are seeking an Accounting Manager that will form an integral part of this journey. The ideal candidate will have strong MNC experience at a Senior level with strong consolidation expereience and strong expeeience in audit. Reporting to a Senior Manager in Ireland, this person will work closely with global teams to identity areas of improvement and accelerate changes for process optimisation.This position is fully remote.Responsilities:

• Manage and review the month end process
• Manage year-end statutory audits from planning through to completion
• Manage the internal controls framework for the Accounting function
• Identify areas of improvement in the statutory process and implement such changes as are necessary to achieve efficiencies
• To work with our service providers to prepare statutory accounts for all entities within deadlines
• To report to key stakeholders on KPIs/Key deliverables
• To work with service providers to ensure local books are adequately maintained in countries where required
• To ensure all other local compliance requirements, surveys etc. are completed
• To assist the international GL team with month/quarter end
• To assist with ad-hoc projects

What You Bring:
● Accounting Qualification ACCA/ACA/CIMA
● Six Years relevant Post Qualification Experience
● Strong understanding of SOX
● Prior experience in a multinational environment is preferred
● Ability to adapt and thrive in a high growth and fast paced environment, and a desire to take on
ad hoc projects with an “all hands-on deck” mentality
● Proficiency with Excel and data analysis skills
● Strong communication skills
