This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of supplier invoices within our internal systems
  • Confirm delivery of materials against corresponding invoices
  • Post supplier invoices into the accounting system (Sage)
  • Monitor finance mailbox and respond to supplier queries in a timely manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements with internal records and accounting data
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
  • Prior experience with Sage and basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
