This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of supplier invoices within our internal systems
- Confirm delivery of materials against corresponding invoices
- Post supplier invoices into the accounting system (Sage)
- Monitor finance mailbox and respond to supplier queries in a timely manner
- Reconcile supplier statements with internal records and accounting data
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Prior experience with Sage and basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
