Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a dynamic Finance team based in Ireland.This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of supplier documentation, including invoices, credit notes, and expense claims. The successful candidate will ensure the timely payment of suppliers and maintain accurate ledger records for all transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process multi-currency pay runs for all relevant group entities in a timely mannerMonitor daily cash positions, support cash flow forecasting, and manage banking transactionsReconcile accounts within areas of responsibility to ensure accuracy and completenessMaintain robust internal controls and up-to-date procedural documentationProcess employee expense claims and corporate credit card returns promptlyParticipate in ad hoc duties and finance-related projects as requiredLiaise with staff across the organisation to resolve supplier and payment queriesRequirements2 to 4 years of relevant Accounts Payable experienceStrong administrative and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable, flexible, and comfortable with changeExcellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectivelyExperience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Kyriba is a plusRemuneration Package: €40000- €45,000 plus benefitsContact for more details.
