This is important to be able to set prices to attract the right customers and grow our profitable portfolio. You will work together with your new colleagues in Product & Underwriting, where we help each other to succeed.About the roleYour task is to calculate the actuarial reserves for Workers Compensation. This involves understanding the claims data and creating actuarial models for assessing the future development. To succeed, it is important to have a close cooperation with Product & Underwriting and Claims to understand the portfolio, customers and claims handling.The responsibility also includes supporting Product & Underwriting with evaluations of large customer’s risk, and maintaining tools to support them. Some reporting to internal and external parties is also included, and you are expected to follow the development of the Workers Compensation market, in terms of legal and administrative trends.Developing the reserving work process and the tools and environment to support it together with Nordic colleagues is also a part of the work.
