Job description: DescriptionAbout the Job:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and enjoys end-to-end ownership of accounts payable processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice processing, payments, approvals, and reconciliations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant AP operations
• Monitor daily cash positions, support cash flow forecasting, and oversee banking transactions
• Assist with banking relationship administration and compliance tracking
• Generate AP and liquidity reports for management and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support smooth cash operations and financial activities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA/CFA) desirable
• 3-5 years’ experience in AP, treasury, or finance ops-preferably in leasing, financial services, or aviation
• Strong understanding of AP, cash management, and ERP systems (e.g., Workday)
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
