• 3rd party invoice processing PO and non-PO (various channels)
• Processing Intercompany invoices & all other AP invoices – Commercial, Development & cross charge
• Inquiries concerning invoices and vendors
• Master Data Vendor set- up
• Reconciliation with Vendors
• Month-End-Reconciliation for Intercompany Partner
• Preparing for OneStream Account Reconciliation
• Execute payment, bank and expenses (control, process and reconciliation)
• Journal Entries and preparation for Month End closing process
• Partner with Financial Shared Service and Interface with customers for cash collection
• Support the Finance Manager in ensuring SOX compliance with the internal control system and external auditors
• Ensuring compliance to Cham standard operating procedures (SOP’s

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Entry level experience in similar roles ideally in Pharma industry, with experience on financial consolidation, Accounting or finance degree as a plus
• Experience Expertise on G/L, BS, and P&L , with but also good analytical skills to understand numbers
• Organizational skills are critical, as well as prioritizing work in order to meet timetables and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and ERP systems (JDE).
• A “can-do” attitude to work
• Knowledge on EU-VAT transactions is an advantage
• Knowledge on US GAAP is an advantage
• Positive and self-motivated attitude
• Fluent in English, Fluent in any other language is a plus
