Reporting to our Director of Sales & Marketing, this leadership role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic account management, team leadership, and collaborative initiatives that reflect the legendary service and brand excellence of The Ritz-Carlton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality sales, a passion for excellence, and the ability to inspire high performance within the sales team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving revenue and market share goals
  • Support key transient segments (Corporate, Group, Leisure) and develop strategic sales plans
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align sales efforts
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and client meetings

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar Leadership position within the luxury hospitality
  • Fluency in English and German (every other language advantageous)
  • Valid work permit for Austria
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and events
  • Outgoing and open-minded personality with resilience in peak times
  • High organizational and rhetoric skills
  • Sincere care for our clients and their requests
  • A friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Proficiency in Sales systems (e.g. Opera)
