We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Planning and Analysis II. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland – HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Refines data into actionable intelligence and information through effective use of MS Office software. Works with site leads to ensure the aims of the location strategies are met and on schedule. Prepares and presents communications for the Site Lead. Oversees employee led activities and ensures that they align to the location strategy. Supports Site Leads on more sensitive site initiatives. Monitors each site’s engagement budget. Facilitates and supports the visits of internal and external high-profile visitors to Manchester. Exercises mature judgement when making decisions and holding others to account. Supports community partnership efforts across the location. Holds facilities’ vendors to account in order to provide the best possible work experience for employees. Supports site leads with administrative duties including, but not limited to, meeting arrangement, events and calendar management. Communications and marketing for the location. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A communications qualification or understanding/experience of internal communications would be preferred. A project management qualification or understanding of project management principles would be useful but is not essential. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
