Then we would love to have you join us!The Role and DepartmentThe Genmab Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) department is expanding to support our robust pipeline and is currently seeking an Associate Director, Development Program Management (DPM). The preferred candidate possesses a strong working knowledge of the clinical/drug development process and a solid technical Project Management skillset with experience managing early and/or late-stage projects.The DPM will work collaboratively with a Compound Development Team Leader (CDTL) and cross-functionally within the Compound Development Team (CDT) to maximize productivity for assets in early and late-stage clinical development, including projects with external partners. The DPM will also work to build drug development program management capabilities and core competencies in the PPM group. This position is accountable to DPM leadership.Key responsibilities include
