This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to HR activities including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.ResponsibilitiesGeneralist Role: guide employees with HR queries, manage family-friendly policies and sickness absence, support employee onboarding and offboarding, conduct exit interviews, support HR transformation projects, and update/create policy documentsPerformance Management: Support talent cycle processes, assist in performance reviews, consult on employee relations issues, and provide analytical support for performance metricsTalent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team, understand resourcing requirements, and support immigration management and mobilityLearning and Development: Utilize and develop talent development resources, identify training needs, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminarsTalent Management and Strategy: Support HR initiatives such as compensation planning, promotion cycles, succession planning, employee engagement programs, create action plans post-engagement surveysProcess Improvement: Facilitate process improvements in People Operations, focusing on driving efficiencies and automation in areas such as Leave of Absence management, Immigration and Regulatory ReferencingRequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredCertification: CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatoryExperience: minimum 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist roleSkills: Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software (Workday, ServiceNow), strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detailAttributes: Proactive and strategic thinker, collaborative team player, and fluent in English (additional languages beneficial for the European market)Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action StatementPIMCO recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, national origin, ancestry, religion (including religious dress and grooming practices), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression), age, military or veteran status, disability (physical or mental), any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
