This role requires a strong understanding of PTP processes, along with expertise in the internal/external audit procedures and controls. A successful candidate will cooperate with internal/external auditors and act as SPOC for various audit and control related activities. The role also involves analyzing and interpreting audit data, identifying trends and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide audit-driven recommendations and coordinating action plans.Key responsibilitieAudit Oversight and Coordination

• Oversee PTP internal audit action plans in collaboration with relevant areas.
• Facilitate internal/external audit-related activities and meetings with dedicated SMEs and follow up on desired outcomes.
• Act as a SPOC for OEC, GR&AS and SOX teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Controls Review and Compliance

• Review GRC controls in all PTP areas to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Review Duplicate Analyzer usage to identify and address any discrepancies.
• Address other compliance or audit-related topics, such as reviewing Tax Compliance controls status.
• Engage with the PTP Compliance Ambassadors group to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct PTP DoA review and maintenance to ensure adherence to delegation of authority policies.

Reporting and Analysis

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex audit-related issues to drive effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to PTP processes and provide guidance to colleagues who support internal and external audits.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in audit or controls
• Deep knowledge of PTP sub-processes
• Proven experience in effective task coordination, execution, and deliverables
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in audit tools and software
• Experience with risk assessment and internal controls
• Effective communication skills
