Job description: An exceptional opportunity exists for a talented Banking & Finance Associate to join a high-performing international team in Dublin. The role provides exposure to a broad range of sophisticated, cross-border finance work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Working as part of a highly regarded group, the successful candidate will advise lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of matters including fund finance and private credit facilities, leveraged and acquisition financing, real estate investment and development finance, as well as re-financings, restructurings, and enforcement strategies. The position offers meaningful responsibility and visibility on complex transactions, with close collaboration across domestic teams and international offices. Associates are encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and to support junior lawyers through knowledge sharing and mentoring.Applicants should ideally offer between 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience, gained within a top-tier firm in Ireland or another major common law jurisdiction.
