The list of duties and responsibilities are outlined below. The successful applicant must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and have experience working in a high-volume and high-value processing environment.Key requirements of the Billing AdministratorDetail orientated, accurate, organised, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills with customer service focus.A key requirement for this position is an efficient approach to regular tasks i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually considering each element of the job specification. All tasks should be approached with the highest levels of accuracy due to the business-critical nature of the transactions being processed. The list below is not exhaustive and is subject to periodic review.Key responsibilities of the Billing Administrator
- Invoice & Credit Note Processing
- Manual Invoice Processing & Preparation
- Work order Maintenance
- Sale Accrual & Work-in-Progress Review
- Helpdesk & General Queries
Experience
- Must be detailed orientated, organised and able to multi-task.
- Professionally effective communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player.
- Experience of working in a busy environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate & work of a high quality.
- Be a self-starter who is motivated and capable of working on own initiative with good problem-solving skills.
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Agresso ERP system and system interfacing an advantage.
