Salary: Up to £45,000
Team Size: 10 (including 2 Team Leaders)
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

As Billing Operations Lead, you’ll take charge of a vital operational function within a nationally respected organisation, leading a skilled team, championing billing accuracy, and shaping best practices across the board.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a team of 10, including two Team Leaders, within the Contract Administration and Billing function
• Managing the full billing lifecycle-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal standards
• Responding to revenue-related queries, especially during month-end close
• Collaborating with the Head Office Finance team on both day-to-day and strategic needs
• Delivering training to team members and stakeholders on billing and contract admin processes
• Monitoring and reporting on billing performance, including invoice accuracy, credit note usage, and turnaround times
• Driving continuous improvements in billing procedures and internal workflows
