Job description: Halliwell Jones (Chester) is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor.Your roleThe position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, recently modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales.Your responsibilities:

• To deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
• To confirm method of payment with customer.
• To organise the loading of the Bodyshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity and available staff, this in conjunction with workshop control.
• To carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the Bodyshop.
• To build relationships with engineers and insurance companies

Your profile

• Knowledge of Drive invoicing
• Excellent customer service and organisation skills
• Experience in cash credit control
• Excellent administrative skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to work within a team environment
