Job description: My client, a well-established, leading Irish insurer is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their team based in Navan, Meath. This is a full-time, permanent, office based position.As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving business growth, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with company standards.Tasks & Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Office, ensuring both team and individual sales targets are achieved.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of Sales Executives, Sales Advisors, and a Sales Development Coordinator through effective coaching and performance management.
• Set clear sales targets and fairly allocate customer segments to maximise team success and motivation.
• Oversee the full sales process including prospecting, lead generation, follow-ups, renewals, and referrals to drive business growth.
• Promote a strong customer-first culture by ensuring all interactions are handled professionally, fairly, and in line with complaints procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer groups across relevant business sectors to support growth and retention.
• Collaborate with other branches and support regional objectives by sharing resources and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and compliance requirements, and ensure team adherence to all procedures and standards.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

• A CIP qualification is essential for this role.
• Strong track record in sales, building client relationships, and helping grow business.
• Experienced in leading teams, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
• Good understanding of how to find leads, manage time and territory, and turn opportunities into results.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, policy systems, e-learning tools, and reporting on sales activity.

Expected salary: €55000 – 65000 per year
