Our commitment to Social Value means we go beyond housing maintenance and repairs; we actively create opportunities, improve lives, and contribute to stronger, more sustainable communities.About the role:Under the guidance of your mentor, you will work to given specification to ensure the efficient running of workload within the function providing maximum support to the team and contribute to achieve clear and specific outcomes.You will have an awareness of both internal and external customers, communicating with them effectively and in a professional manner at all times. Be fully committed to Mears Values and be able to demonstrate this at all times.You will maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality and personal appearance both in the workplace and at college, to ensure that all relevant work tasks and qualifications are achieved on time as instructed by your line manager and college. Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions to ensure up to date business and job knowledge, communication, skills & progression are maintained.
