Thanks for your patience – we’re excited to connect soon!Finance should be more than just reporting…At LEMAN, we’re building a Business Controlling team that helps the business make better decisions – by staying curious, asking good questions, and turning financial data into something that helps people move forward informed.We’re now looking for an experienced Business Controller to join our Group Finance team. You’ll be the financial partner for our Road division – one of LEMAN’s largest business areas – with operations across several countries. You’ll work closely with the Road COO, fellow Controllers, local managers, Group Accounting, and Group Management.This role is central to bringing structure, clarity, and momentum into our month-end process, forecasting routines, and performance dialogue. If you enjoy using structure to create transparency and collaborating across functions to make things better – this role will give you both challenge and space to grow.What the position looks like:

• Owning and running the month-end closing process for the Road division
• Supporting the Road operation with financial insights and ad hoc analysis
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes across countries
• Reporting monthly KPIs and results to Group Management
• Preparing business cases, evaluating investment opportunities, and contributing to M&A work
• Ensuring clean cost control and correct invoicing across entities
• Collaborating with BI and Finance colleagues to continuously improve our reporting setup (Power BI, ERP)
• Contributing to a structured, documented controlling process that supports transparency and performance

• Strong Excel understanding and experience with financial systems and BI tools (Power BI is a plus)
• A calm, analytical mindset with a focus on creating value – not just delivering numbers
• A collaborative spirit and the drive to improve what isn’t working yet

A little about the team:
You’ll be part of the Business Controlling team of 3, within our global Finance function. We work closely with both operational teams and executive leadership – so your impact will be visible.
You’ll also be in close contact with the Road COO, Group Accounting, local Road managers across LEMAN, and your fellow Controllers.
