Job description: About the RoleLocationDenmarkNordjyllandAalborgCompanySiemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/SOrganizationSE CFOBusiness UnitWind PowerFull / Part timeFull-timeExperience LevelExperienced ProfessionalWe are looking for a highly motivated, well-structured and dedicated Business Controller to join our Controlling team at the blades factory in Aalborg, Denmark.Your responsibilities as Business Controller includes being a business partner to both the business and the Aalborg factory management group. You will mainly serve as business partner to one of the production managers, making you the main financial responsible for that production area, and support the whole organization under this production manager. You will be preparing monthly cost center forecast, which includes investments, headcount and cost planning. You will participate in month end closing activities such as preparing journal entries, reporting of actuals as well as you will support management with monthly updates on important metrics.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Understand and explain drivers in actual figures.
• Apply knowledge about drivers to predict and estimate future months.
• Act as a business partner to various stakeholders.
• Being the business partner to the plant, herein supporting and challenging the business to strive for continuous improvement.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analysis when needed.

What You Bring

• A university degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting, working experience in commercial or controlling areas and production controlling will be an advantage, but not a must.
• Experience of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and experience with SAP and Power BI/Query/Pivot is an advantage.
• We are looking for a motivated teammate, who is proactive, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills.
• You are able to interact with partners high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders
• You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work close to the production in a dynamic organization and environment.
• You have an open-minded approach to people and changing work environments.
• You thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English and Danish language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are curious and want to learn and contribute in the organization and know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within your responsibility
