And what does your heart beat for?Your new adventureWe are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Developer to join our team, focusing on the Powersports segment.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base within the Powersports industry. You will play a key role in tracking market trends, driving innovation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulatory frameworks.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and lead the sales process effectively.Perform competitive analyses and benchmarking within the Powersports industry to understand market positioning.Create targeted customer lists and anticipate potential customer requirements to drive sales initiatives.Develop acquisition templates and business cases to support strategic growth efforts.Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for management to guide decision-making.Analyze Powersports market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation.Identify and pursue strategic growth areas within Powersports OEMs and suppliers to expand business opportunities.Monitor competitors and perform benchmarking within the Powersports market to stay ahead of industry trends.Your experiences and skillsMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial.Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial forecasting skills.Proven experience in business development methods and practices.Technical understanding of Powersports engines.Established industry network and relationships within the Powersports sector to leverage opportunities.We offerYou will be offered an exciting position in an with many and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 52,197.04 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
