Job description: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team and cover the Munster Region. Our client provides lending and credit services to customers nationwide. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients, partners, and referral sources
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business success.
  • Track and report on sales performance and pipeline

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full, clean driver’s license
