Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing media organisation. This role offers the chance to work across integrated, multi-platform advertising solutions that connect with audiences through a combination of on-air campaigns, social media, branded content, live events, and premium video production.The company is expanding and is seeking someone innovative, commercially astute, and motivated to drive revenue in a fast-paced media environment.Business Development Manager

• Identify and develop new and existing commercial opportunities, working closely with senior sales leadership to expand revenue streams
• Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and ongoing partnerships.
• Understand client objectives in depth and deliver bespoke, impactful media solutions that align with their goals.
• Proactively pursue B2B sales opportunities — both direct and via agencies — across radio, digital, event, and non-traditional platforms.
• Oversee the commercial delivery of a high-profile events calendar including awards, expos, and conferences, ensuring maximum value for both the business and its partners.
• Manage and sell a range of commercial initiatives including premium competitions, branded content, media training sessions, and more.

Candidate Profile:

• A strong background in business development, ideally within media, marketing, or hospitality
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a strategic, consultative selling approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• A creative mindset with commercial acumen and a passion for delivering client success
