A well-established 4-star hotel located just 15 minutes from Cork City is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and elevate its presence across the region.This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of a prestigious property, with a strong focus on developing new business, building strategic relationships, and increasing revenue across food & beverage, meetings, events, and weddings.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities across key revenue streamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the local communityAct as a brand ambassador at networking events, trade shows, and within East CorkCollaborate with the General Manager, Group Commercial Manager, and Sales & Marketing Manager, who oversees rooms and digital strategyYour Focus:Revenue Generation – particularly in F&B, corporate events, social gatherings, and weddingsLocal Engagement – establish the hotel as a go-to destination in Midleton and the wider East Cork areaClient Relationship Management – ensure long-term partnerships and repeat businessIdeal Candidate:Proven background in sales and business development within the Hospitalty Industry
