Job description: This role is responsible for researching, analysing, and interpreting both internal company data and external economic, labour market, and employment barrier data. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the successful candidate will use public data-sets (e.g., CSO, Eurostat, OECD, and disability advocacy organisations) to provide insights into macroeconomic trends, workforce participation, and employment barriers.Additionally, the role will involve working with internal CRM and performance data, creating reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will combine internal business intelligence with external research to provide actionable insights.Person ProfileYou have strong quantitative, analytical, and research skills, with expertise in data analysis, economic research, and business intelligence. You are comfortable working with large public data-sets, as well as internal company data from CRM and other sources, to generate reports, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.Principal Accountability’s / Key Result Areas * Research and analyse external economic, labour market, and employment barrier data (e.g., CSO, Eurostat, OECD, disability advocacy reports) to identify trends and strategic opportunities.

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret large public data-sets to provide meaningful insights.
  • Conduct economic modelling and forecasting to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Research disability employment statistics, workforce participation rates, and barriers to employment, providing data-driven insights to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyse internal CRM and business data, producing reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain CRM performance reports and ensure data integrity within company systems.
  • Prepare and visualise data-driven insights for reports and presentations.
  • Ensure best practices in data collection, economic research, and analysis methodologies.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations to support business intelligence and strategy development.

Essential Requirements

  • SQL, R, and Python skills.
  • Strong experience in CRM reporting and business intelligence dashboards (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Economic Research environment.
  • Ability to interpret macroeconomic indicators, labour market trends, and employment barriers.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a demanding work environment.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office package.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible and analytical mindset.
  • Possess a full clean driver’s license with access to own vehicle.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning (for CRM reporting and integration’s).
  • Experience working with economic, labour market, and disability employment data from sources such as CSO, Eurostat, OECD, or advocacy groups.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.
  • Background in social policy research, labour market inclusion, or workforce diversity analytics.

Expected salary: €50000 – 55000 per year
