- Research and gather business requirements for the project, determining the need and value of performing activities based on the context.
- Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Evaluate requirements against the present state and target state, identifying opportunities for successful business transitions.
- Analyse the potential consequences of changes and estimate the modifications required for accomplishing those changes.
- Conduct E2E assessment to ensure all impacted functions and processes are properly considered in the project. Identify resource impacts/needs.
- Identify business needs by working with business owners, business change leads, and users across different systems, to ensure a common purpose and successful delivery.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Demonstrate experience in business process analysis, design, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modelling tools.
