Apply now and have an impact!In this role you will be located in our fantastic Prague office in Jinonice and will collaborate with a dedicated distributed team of 6 colleagues who are passionate about driving world-class business processes.We will not be able to support relocation financially for this role.Core ResponsibilitiesYour core responsibilities will include designing, maintaining, and optimizing these processes and systems to ensure exceptional performance.Champion End to End process mentalityFacilitate definition of business requirements and root cause analysis and drive delivery of through collaboration with business and IT collaboratorsPerform process standardization, improvement, documentation, and maintenance and ensure governance is built into business processesDefine, test, and implement new system functionalitiesParticipate in projects and workgroups, requiring process and system knowledge as well as change management focusManage collaborators, including Global Process Owner, IT, and other key internal and external collaboratorsIdentify areas of inefficiency or user difficulties and recommend business process optimization and/or customer experience improvementsPlay your part in our team succeedingBusiness Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions.Do you have, what it takes?We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Accounts Payable and Payment processes who can bring their expertise to our ambitious team.3+ years of experience with Accounts Payable and Payment processesEffective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues in user-friendly languageExperience in applying Process Mining tools and analysis to support process optimization and improvementsExperience in process documentation and conducting trainingDisplayed a structured approach to continuous improvement and the capability to prioritize your timeWillingness to travel up to 10 days a yearWhile the core requirements are essential, we also value the following qualities to ensure a perfect fit within our team:Strong communication and facilitation skillsAdvanced level of English proficiencyAttention to detail to deliver high-quality resultsAbility to think creatively within the frameAnalytical approachProactive engagement and contribution to the agreed agendaStructured approach to planning and prioritization within given parametersProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with S4HanaApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
