Job description: Being heard, you can experience it too!As our Business Process Specialist in Service Fish, you will be working on creating and improving processes across our Service organization. You will be a part of the Global Process team, which supports a broad user community across JBT Marel, to enable the company to work in an aligned and efficient way, simplifying and standardizing our ways of working.You will also be a part of the Business Process Management team which is a cross-functional and cross-industry consulting team for process projects, improvements, optimization and alignment. This Business Process Specialist role in Service will be focused on JBT Marel’s intercompany processes (both logistic and financial) and Order to Cash process family. The role focuses on supporting various types of initiatives, as needed.Please note that this is a temporary position (fulltime) for 1 year.What you’ll be doing

• Analyzing the need for process design, improvement, and documentation within JBT Marel’s Service Fish end to end processes.
• Working collaboratively across relevant departments of the company Service Fish and partner with business leaders, IT, business process owners and other stakeholders to identify information and process requirements
• Facilitating process workshops for process documentation, redesign, implementation, optimization and monitoring
• Managing process analysis and change, using best practices for continuous improvements
• Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
• Providing input into JBT Marel’s process toolbox, templates, storage and governance
• Providing education/training to business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
• Supporting in other tasks in Service as needed.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business and/or technical related subjects is preferred
• Strong English and Danish skills, both written and verbal
