Job description: Join NN Digital Hub as Business Process Specialist!As an ITIL Business Process Specialist (Process Management) you are responsible for managing the incident, problem, change and configuration processes execution. A primary focus area will be to lead the response efforts to major incidents and facilitate root cause identification. You will also be responsible for managing change advisory boards and influence CMDB health.What is waiting for you
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Excellent communication and organization skills
Affinity with ITIL processes and are strong communicators
Availability to work on-call as part of a team (willing to work in a 7 x 24 standby grid)
Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents (Networking)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
What skills and knowledge should you posses
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices to ensure that incidents are managed in accordance with industry standards.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of incidents and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team that is working on-call to provide 24/7 support for incidents.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and stakeholders during incidents.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage their time effectively to ensure that incidents are resolved.
Contribute to improving existing processes (Future readiness thinking).
English is a must, Dutch language would be an advantage.
