Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to become a valued member of our dynamic team within the UK Support Function (UKSF).Job Title: Business Support Specialist– Missile Design – Integration & Systems Validation (ISV)Salary: Circa £32,000 depending on experienceLocation: Stevenage (with flexibility to travel to other UK sites)Dynamic (hybrid) working: Working 2-3 days a week onsite with a flexible/blended approach to office and remote working.Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Working as a Business Support Specialist (BSS) in a friendly and supportive team, you will undertake specific responsibilities to support, prioritise and coordinate effective and efficient technical administrative support to MBDA’s Missile Design – Integration & Systems Validation (ISV) team based at our Stevenage site.The Role (this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)

• Generate and maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Collation, distribution and management of general review outputs / actions
• Coordinating risk assessments with relevant stakeholders
• Support with management of process and paperwork on regular basis
• Support with the lab space management
• Continuously updating and improving the induction process and support new starters
• Escorting external visitors including contractors
• Reporting – track and create reports for review
• Support H&S activities
• Manage and track training requirements for all to ensure H&S complaint
• Understanding and utilising MBDA systems, tools and policies
• Document control/maintenance/reporting: Working with the domains internal and external stakeholders to collate material and to be accountable for ensuring key documentation is available, accurate and up to date to include maintenance of registers, equipment lists, milestones, governance action trackers, etc.
• Understand fully the process and policies in regards to security
• To be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
• Sharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members
• These tasks may be varied and ad-hoc in scope
