Job description: Hilltop Property Investment Limited is a growing firm based in Dublin, engaged in international projects across Europe and Asia. We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our operations, streamline internal processes, and enable cross-border collaboration. This role is ideal for a systems-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Mandarin, and has prior experience working within Asian business environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Analysis Analyze existing internal workflows across recruitment, procurement, and finance operations Identify inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and support implementation Document current and target workflows using diagrams, SOPs, or collaboration tools 2. Systems and Tools Management Evaluate and recommend cloud-based tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Excel) for process automation Assist in configuring dashboards, databases, and reporting templates to support business needs Maintain up-to-date documentation of system usage guidelines and tool configurations 3. Cross-functional Support Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling, candidate screening, and onboarding workflows Support procurement by managing vendor communications and compiling quotations Assist with preparation and review of financial forecasts, budget tracking, and performance summaries 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as liaison between management and operational teams to gather requirements and communicate changes Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners in Asia Provide bilingual (Mandarin-English) communication support to bridge cultural and language gaps Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, will be a plus in the information-related field Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Asia, with proven cross-cultural business communication skills Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with cloud tools and business systems (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Notion) 1-2 years of experience in operations, business support, or analysis preferred
