This role is pivotal in guiding our customers towards our SAP Cloud Strategy, leveraging the SAP Reference Architecture and SAP Best Practice Processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large enterprise transformations, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. Our focus is to help our Austrian customers realize the capabilities of an intelligent enterprise with SAP software.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop a tailored SAP Cloud Strategy.
  • Align business objectives with SAP Reference Architecture and SAP Best Practice Processes.

Business Transformation

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale enterprise transformations, focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and the overall transformation roadmap.

Enterprise Architecture

  • Design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks using established methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure that the architecture aligns with SAP best practices and supports the customer’s business strategy.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to ensure alignment and buy-in from all parties.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements based on SAP Best Practice Processes.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend optimizations.

Project Management

  • Oversee the successful implementation of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage project risks and issues effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Transformation Consultant, with at least 5+ years in large enterprise transformations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Reference Architecture and SAP Best Practice Processes.
  • Proficient in Enterprise Architecture methodologies and tools (LeanIX, Signavio)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, Safe).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
