Job description: Handling Manager – Handling, Quality, Safety & SecurityVi søger en Handling Manager til vores HQSS team (Handling, Quality, Safety & Security).Vores nye kollega skal sammen med vores andre dygtige Handling Managers have ansvar for håndtering af fragt og mail, med hovedfokus på told og sikkerhedskrav mod airlines, samt fokus på RFP’ s og kontraktforhandlinger.Afdelingen er placeret under Operations, og rollen rapporterer direkte til Head of Operations.Der skal påregnes nogen rejseaktivitet – da denne rolle også indebærer fysiske møder, samt inspektioner hos vores handling agenter.Rollen har følgende hovedopgaver:

• Assistere med at håndtere og udvikle SAS Cargo Group’ s Handling og Quality (QMS), samt Safety & Security (SMS)
• Tilsikre overholdelse af relevante love, regler og krav fra diverse myndigheder
• Tilsikre rapportering til relevante myndigheder
• RFP’ s, samt forhandling og kontraktindgåelse med handling agenter
• Tilsikre relevante Service Level Agreements og kontrakter med Ground Handling Agents
• Opfølgning af performance og KPI’ er – og tilsikre løbende udvkling

Det helt rigtige match har følgende kvaliteter:

• Kendskab til toldregler og toldkrav, inklusiv ICS2 og One Record
• Erfaring med handling processer, standarder, krav og procedurer
• Kendskab til kontraktforhandling med handling agenter
• Gode kommunikative færdigheder i engelsk, både skrift og tale – samt i mindst 1 skandinavisk sprog
• Evne til at arbejde både individuelt, samt i team
• Løsningsorienteret
• Nysgerrighed og vilje til at lære og vokse i rollen
• Evne til at håndtere mange opgaver på samme tid
• En ”safety first” attitude
