AGRANA is also one of today’s leading sugar companies in Central and Eastern Europe.To enhance our Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain department at our Vienna site, we are looking for a dedicated Category Manager Indirect Spend (Technical Parts + Services) (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.In this position you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical procurement and management of the “Indirect Spend (Technical Parts + Services)” category for the AGRANA Group.Your responsibilities:Strategic responsibility for the “Indirect Spend (Technical Parts + Services)” category within the AGRANA GroupDevelopment and continuous improvement of the category strategy, including market analyses, KPIs, identification of optimization potentials, and alignment with relevant stakeholdersImplementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal departmentsManagement of the supplier lifecycle (identification, qualification, evaluation, development, and contract management)Execution of tactical procurement activities: requirements gathering, tenders, price negotiations, contract conclusion, and documentationManagement of framework agreements, catalogs, and master data, as well as ensuring and monitoring operational executionSupport of group-wide projects and initiatives within your category areaPreparation of regular performance reports and decision-making materials for managementYour profile:Completed higher education (e.g., a degree in Business Administration, Production, Logistics, Engineering) or a comparable qualificationAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategic and tactical procurementProficient in MS Office and SAPStrong analytical skills and a results-oriented working styleExperience in project management and a high level of self-initiativeCommunicative, team-oriented personality with a “can-do attitude”Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% of working timeFluent in German and English, both written and spokenOur offer:Excellent occupational and personal development perspectives within an international group with headquarters in AustriaDiversified and interesting tasks in a dynamic teamVarious internal company benefits e.g. working from home, staff canteen, various sport and leisure-time activities, health care offers etc.Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries.
