Job description: Job Purpose and SummaryAs our new Product Business Developer in the B2C department, you’ll take a central role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across 24 dynamic markets with a focus on Imaging consumer products from compact printer, compact camera and electronic imaging devices. • Lead market segmentation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for key product categories across the region
• Drive growth by expanding into new customer segments
• Oversee product lifecycle planning, from launch to phase-out, ensuring profitability and relevance
• Translate European-wide campaigns into regional initiatives that deliver real business impact
• Coordinate with sales, retail, and channel teams to execute in-store training, demos, and promotions
• Monitor performance metrics, align on KPIs, and course-correct with agility

What we ask

• Proven experience in product marketing and/or sales, ideally in a multinational or regional context
• Solid grasp of market trends and product landscapes – familiarity with consumer tech or imaging products is a plus
• Fluent English (additional CEE languages a bonus)
• A hands-on, proactive mindset, with strong analytical and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
