We encourage candidates who are looking for career development, autonomy, and an environment that fosters creative growth.Job Description:Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Tester Team (Leads).Analyze business scenarios and processes that may be solved by implementing a global system and/or modifying business processes to meet customer needs.Assess customer scope and requirements against existing global templates and best practices.Provide consultancy in evaluating, developing, and deploying systems and/or related processes.Foster business and label layout harmonization across systems, sites, and departments.Be accountable for documentation, including but not limited to:User RequirementsFunctional and/or technical specificationsProcess flow diagramsEpics, Features, User Stories, and TasksTraining documentation and/or work instructionsDocuments supporting Computer System ValidationOther technical documentation and SOPs (if needed)Manage communications and work session plans with multiple business units/projects as well as internal IT cross-functional teams.Demonstrate knowledge of current GxP requirements and documentation standards, with the ability to write validation documentation.Generate validation documents like Specifications.Coordinate customers’ SAT and UAT planning and execution with testers.Proficiency in gSuite.Basic knowledge of SAP and MES systems and their interfacing.Explain complex concepts clearly and simply.Perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Skills:At least 3 years of experience in business analysis.Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environments, ideally in the Life Sciences industry.Experience in label management is an advantage.Understanding of SAFe delivery path and Agile practices.Superior communication skills, expectation management, and stakeholder management.Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization / cultural awareness.Ability to reflect on own work and focus on improving the team’s processes and optimization.Fluent in English (B2/C1 level; German or Polish is an advantage).Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog).Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management).PSPO and/or SAFe Certification is an advantage (mandatory after joining).More Detailed Skills Description:Strong linguistic and communication skills-ability to simplify complex thoughts.Practical knowledge in business analysis for IT solutions.Analytical thinking ability-collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshops.Knowledge of system/application usability.Ability to elicit and define requirements at multiple levels (user requirements, functional/non-functional).Effective communication of objectives and requirements to stakeholders.Managing and understanding business needs through stakeholders.Defining and setting the scope of projects/releases/sprints.Knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria).Experience in process modeling, process mapping, data dictionary, and other analytical artifacts.Translating requirements into specifications with precise technical language.Ability to anticipate problems, implement solutions, and possess strong problem-solving skills.Influence decision-making through analysis.Understanding of agile software development principles and Scrum framework.Managing requirements throughout their lifecycle and effectively managing changes.Curiosity and ability to ask the right questions and challenge requirements and business processes.Knowledge of workshop facilitation techniques.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Understanding of UX aspects and collaboration with UX specialists.Knowledge of user-centered design processes and customer experience.Ability to plan, organize, and structure work while estimating and delivering tasks on schedule.Share knowledge and train others.Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and solution architects.
