The in-house restaurant highlights fresh regional ingredients and craftsmanship in a calm, design-led environment.Starting date: ImmediatelyContract type: Seasonal ( Summer contract 3 months)Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Chef de Partie (Tournant) to join the kitchen brigade for the summer season. The role requires a flexible, proactive chef capable of rotating across multiple stations to support the smooth delivery of the tasting and à la carte menus.You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, contributing to daily mise en place, service execution, and station setup. Attention to detail, respect for quality ingredients, and the ability to work cleanly and collaboratively are essential.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and execute dishes across hot, cold, and pastry sectionsSupport the team in maintaining high culinary standards and consistencyAssist with daily prep, service, and cleaning in line with hygiene protocolsAdapt quickly to station changes and support where needed during busy serviceUphold the property’s refined, guest-focused culinary ethosRequirementsWe are looking for a candidate who is:Experienced in high-standard restaurant or hotel kitchens (minimum 2 years in a similar role)Confident working independently and across different sectionsCommitted to clean, precise, and respectful kitchen operationsPassionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and alpine-inspired cuisinePunctual, responsible, and a positive contributor to team moraleEU citizen or eligible to work in AustriaSalary & BenefitsBenefitsContract Type: Full-time, seasonal (3-month duration)Start Date: ImmediateNet Monthly Salary: €1,800 – €2,200 (based on experience)Bonus: End-of-season performance bonusAccommodation & Meals: Provided on-siteWork Environment: Supportive, professional team in a quiet, high-quality propertyLocation Perks: Live and work in one of Austria’s most beautiful alpine villages with access to nature, hiking, and a relaxed lifestyle
