We offer clients a high level of expertise in all areas of equity or stock purchase plan administration, compliance, regulation, tax and reporting, and we serve millions of employees of our clients all around the world supporting them with queries and enabling transactions.A role you will loveAs the Chief of Staff to the Global Plans CEO, you will work collaboratively with all of the Plans leadership team and key partners to execute, lead and deliver on the strategic objectives and initiatives of Plans. These include the delivery of our inorganic growth strategies, integration activities, business analysis, strategy decisions, operational productivity, communications and people strategy.You will be responsible for establishing and implementing the global roadmap for all projects and programmes, ensuring a deep understanding of progress, highlighting key issues, dependencies, risks opportunities and decisions. The Chief of Staff will develop and implement a set of best practices, operating standards and governance to support decision making along with the development of high-quality business cases with clearly defined investment, benefits and outcomes that align to the delivery of our strategy.Working closely with the Global Plans CEO and leading a PMO team you will be you will serve as a strategist, business analyst, global program manager and agent of change based in one of our core Plans locations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and formulate the Global Plans strategic objectives, by working with the Plans CEO.
  • Implement and monitor the Plans strategic scorecard to facilitate communication of progress to colleagues and stakeholders, including the CPU Board.
  • Design and implement a global transformation tracking and delivery plan that effectively balances cost, risk, service quality and business growth.
  • Drive the strategic priorities by working closely with the Plans Executive team and other key stakeholders to deliver clear and focused business plans
  • Support transformation projects across the organization in line with business strategy to deliver required revenue growth, cost reduction, business improvement or regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) team to deliver on our transformation programmes.
  • Coordinate the Global Plans executive meetings, strategic discussions and strategy offsites.
  • Act as a representative of the Global Plans CEO on designated steering committees
  • Support the annual budget review, ensuring they are aligned to the agreed strategic direction, and ensuring we have visibility of regional and global progress across a range of financial and non-financial measures.
  • Create board level reports, presentations and strategy papers

What will you bring to the role?The Chief of Staff will have a deep understanding of the global Plans business, and the key strategic levers to ensure successful business growth. You will have experience working on significant strategic projects and complex global programs, with demonstrable ability to navigate conflicting priorities to ensure we meet our strategic objectives; directly supporting our ambition to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.Key skills:

  • Deep understanding of the global Employee Share Plans business, or financial services.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • Significant strategic project experience, and experience managing a portfolio of complex global programs.
  • Extensive experience within a similar senior leadership position within a complex financial services organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience of driving change and balancing senior stakeholders.
  • Business related degree or post-graduate qualification in program management would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
