A pivotal element of this strategy is the digitization of customer journeys and the enhancement of our advisory systems in the housing mortgage sector.Role overview and key responsibilitiesJoin our Housing Journeys Tribe as a Chief Solution Architect, where you will co-lead the design of modernized mortgage solution that propels our strategy forward. Your role will be crucial in developing scalable and efficient solutions that enhance our housing offerings and satisfy both internal and external demands.You will collaborate with cross-functional squads, including our .NET software engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and innovative solution designs.Furthermore you will;

• Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural solutions tailored to the specific needs of the Housing Journeys Tribe.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to ensure thorough requirement analysis and robust solution designs.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions, aligning with architectural best practices and strategic objectives.
• Mentor and guide squads across the tribe, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering expert recommendations and insights to guide decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines, evaluating the impacts of design decisions on the overall architecture.

About YouWe believe you bring extensive experience in solution architecture, including proficiency in cloud and microservices architecture using technologies like C#, .NET Core, REST API, and AWS.Furthermore;

• You are a strategic thinker with a bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• You have solid leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of communicating effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• You have experience in the housing or financial services sector is advantageous but not required.
• Are advanced in English language skills and readiness to work in cross-country squads.
