Job description: Job DescriptionWe are now recruiting a Grade III Clerical Officer for our client in public health, based in Nenagh. This is a full-time position for an initial 3 month contract.THE ROLE:

  • Provide clerical support to the existing team
  • Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
  • Assisting with post
  • Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
  • Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
  • Dealing with members of the public, service users and staff
  • Arranging transport for service users
  • Uploading manual files to sharedrive/ cloud
  • Assisting the centre manager with the smooth running of the front desk

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
  • High levels of confidentiality essential as dealing with sensitive cases
  • Must have excellent IT skills
  • Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
  • Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
  • Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 3 monthsPay: €16.93 per hourExpected hours: 35 per week

Expected salary: €16.93 per hour
