  • Drive the execution of GLCP support programming across four key dimensions: account leadership, GLCP engagement, account growth initiatives, and performance management.
  • Provide strategic, analytical, communications, and operational support to the Client Excellence leader and Program Lead.
  • Oversee PMO operations, including managing regular meetings, tracking sprints, and monitoring the budgeting process.
  • Maintain and manage the centralized GLCP tracking system, ensuring distribution lists are up-to-date and access permissions are appropriately granted or revoked.
  • Facilitate efficient communication and integration of changes across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Strengthen connections between Client Excellence (CE) and Member Firms (MFs) by leveraging global firm knowledge, relationships, and resources.
  • Deliver insights that drive growth by conducting thorough analysis and preparing impactful presentations for senior leadership.
  • Execute the GCS GLCP performance management process, including goal setting and year-end consensus meetings.
  • Act as the liaison with Deloitte Technology to implement changes in the performance management tool, ensuring seamless goal setting and review processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client excellence programs and drive continuous improvement.

  • Relevant experience in business advisory or consulting, or equivalent roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex global networks and collaborate effectively across cultures, particularly with senior personnel.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of planning and executing integrated, global business programs.
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex information into clear, actionable messages.
  • Proficient in risk management, with the ability to identify and escalate project-related issues when necessary.
  • Adept at multitasking and delivering results across multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Proactive and responsive to leadership needs, anticipating challenges and providing solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to coordinate effectively among senior leaders and drive initiatives independently.
