Want to join an extremely fast growing fund?This is a Fully Remote role with a HQ in London. 1-2 days in the London office a month for a keeping in touch day(s)Do you have Strong admin + early KYC/AML exposure?Do you have experience with End-to-end onboarding + reporting + stakeholder coordination?Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collect and verify necessary documentation in compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to set up client accounts and services
• Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding phase.
• Prepare and deliver accurate investment reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze portfolio performance and provide insights to the investment team.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in client onboarding within the financial industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
