Job description: Client Relationship Manager📍 Hybrid – Dublin City Centre (3 days/week in-office)💰 OTE €70k+ | Uncapped & Accelerated Commission | Base Salary DOEAre you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Our client is entering an exciting growth phase and is urgently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team.This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on account growth, retention, and relationship building. You’ll be handed a warm, active book of business from day one-giving you immediate visibility across the business and a real opportunity to make an impact.What You’ll DoAs a 360 Client Relationship Manager, you’ll combine sales, account management, and customer service to drive growth and strengthen long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture new and existing client relationships
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, referrals, and client engagement
• Proactively contact clients by phone to uncover needs and offer tailored solutions
• Handle onboarding, contracts, and client requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline records using a CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
• Hit and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, high-energy approach-comfortable with high call volumes
• Motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
• 1-2 years’ experience in contract recruitment, contract accounting, or a related field is a plus (not essential)
