Salary: £33,000 base + £10,000 average (uncapped commission)

Focus: Managing and growing existing client relationshipsThis is a client-facing role where the focus is on looking after existing accounts and helping them get even more value from the service. It suits someone who builds strong relationships and can spot new opportunities without being pushy. The clients are already bought in now they need someone to keep things running smoothly and grow the partnership over time.What the role involves:Managing a portfolio of existing clientsWinning new businessActing as their main point of contactSpotting upsell opportunities and helping accounts growSolving problems and coordinating with internal teamsStaying organised and keeping clients happyWhat theyre looking for:Experience in account management or customer successGreat communication and people skillsCommercial mindset knows when to push and when to hold backOrganised and able to manage several accounts at once
