Job description: Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our high-performing Healthcare division. This is a business development-focused role within the healthcare sector, offering the opportunity to partner with some of Ireland’s largest and most dynamic organisations.We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in business development within healthcare or related sectors, combined with a solid understanding of recruitment delivery or account management. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery and forging long-term strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary Account Manager for key healthcare clients.
  • Lead on business development activities, identifying and securing new client partnerships in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to internal consultants and managers working on key accounts.
  • Oversee delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs; proactively address any underperformance.
  • Conduct regular account review meetings, promoting collaboration and transparency.
  • Maintain strong visibility across assigned accounts and serve as the go-to contact for client needs and escalations.
  • Promote compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.

Service Delivery Oversight

  • Conduct weekly service reviews with delivery teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Anticipate and prepare for upcoming hiring needs to ensure swift delivery when roles go live.
  • Drive high-quality service standards that exceed client and candidate expectations.
  • Act quickly to resolve issues in line with client SLAs.
  • Support client branding initiatives and PR opportunities as directed by senior leadership.

Process Improvement & Administration

  • Ensure all client-related data is accurate through regular quality audits.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to all contractual terms (rates, rebates, tenure, etc.).
  • Partner with the compliance team to guarantee timely completion of onboarding checks.
  • Ensure internal teams uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

About You

  • Proven business development experience within the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Experience in recruitment delivery or account management is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and continuously improving performance.
