A boutique investment management group with specialist wealth planning businesses, renowned for delivering bespoke advice and exceptional service to a high-net-worth client base, is looking for a Client Services Manager to join their growing team.In this pivotal role, you will often be the first point of contact for clients, playing a central role in shaping their experience and building trusted, long-term relationships. You will also provide key support in the delivery of holistic financial planning services across a range of areas including tax, investments, retirement, and estate planning.This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, values-led firm that places integrity, professionalism, and client care at the core of everything it does.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong, proactive relationships
- Support financial planners across all areas of advice, including tax, investment, retirement, and estate planning
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, producing accurate notes and follow-up documentation
- Coordinate the preparation of suitability reports with outsourced providers
- Conduct regular client portfolio reviews and ensure timely updates based on changing priorities
- Ensure the seamless implementation of recommendations with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning tools, platforms, and regulatory developments
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the group to ensure a cohesive client service approach
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a paraplanning, client services, or similar financial planning role
- Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning tools (e.g., FE Analytics, Selectapension, CashCalc, AJ Bell, Aegon)
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering first-class service
- Chartered or part-chartered status would be advantageous
