To support our expanding portfolio, we’re strengthening our in-house laboratory capabilities, and we’re looking for a passionate CMC Coordinator to bridge our projects and labs.This is your opportunity to take on a pivotal new role at the heart of innovation in a company committed to improving the lives of people with cancer.The role is based in as a split Copenhagen and Ballerup, Denmark, and offers a hybrid work environment.Role & DepartmentYou’ll be part of the CMC New Product Introduction (NPI) department, which includes five specialized teams: three Project Management (PM) teams, a CMC Writer team, and a CMC Stability team.
The position sits within one of our PM teams and supports primarily early- but also late-stage development projects.In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues, the CMC PM, the CMC project team, the Genmab science and technology department in Utrecht (S&T) and the Genmab QC laboratory.
Your coordination will be essential to keep our laboratory activities aligned with project timelines.As this is a new position at Genmab, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the role and define ways of working in supporting our projects.ResponsibilitiesPlan assay implementations, qualifications, validations, and start of release and stability testing within the QC laboratory.Coordinate QC project plans and tasks within the CMC Management team on behalf of CMC PM and QC assigned project scientists.Identify and escalate project risks or delays and help drive timely resolution.
