Job description: Connect with QuadientQuadient Finance Ireland Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Quadient SA – A French Multinational Company with over 6,000 employees worldwide in 29 countriesReporting directly into the Lease Finance Manager, this opportunity is offered on a hybrid basis out of our Citywest, Dublin office in Ireland (2 days/week in office, 3 days working from home).Incoming payments administration and bank reconciliations.Management of clients and vendors accounts.General Ledger duties including journal entries, month-end closeResponsibility for the monthly reporting of one or more of our leasing entities and other group companies (dependent on business needs)Involvement in the preparation of Annual BudgetsIntercompany Account reconciliationPreparation of Statutory AccountsCorporation tax and VAT returnsLiaising with Auditors and Tax AdvisorsDeveloping reports and implementing system changesYour profileNew Qualified or Part-Qualified AccountantThe person must be a good communicator with strong attention to detailCommercially Focused –be able to add value to the businessAbility to achieve strict reporting deadlinesTeam Player but can work on their own as requiredStrong IT skill (Excel, Word, Data Warehouse)Experience of SAP financial package (FICO module).Experience of Hyperion Reporting package preferredAbility to speak Italian/German is an advantage but not essentialKnowledge gaps can be filled.
