More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.Job DescriptionSeeking a compliance professional passionate about integrating AI into corporate compliance frameworks to enhance efficiency.THE CHALLENGE:

  • Support the firm’s Compliance Program, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws governing AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, and other subject matter areas as required.
  • Assist in overseeing customer and third-party due diligence processes.
  • Support the roll-out, improvement, and execution of Compliance Risk Assessments.
  • Support in designing, tracking, implementing, and completing mitigating actions within the framework of compliance risk management.
  • Assist in maintaining and negotiating contractual provisions related to Compliance subject matter areas.
  • Assist in designing and coordinating regular reviews of policies and procedures.
  • Support in the creation, management, and delivery of Global Compliance Trainings
  • Support the identification of opportunities to leverage AI for compliance monitoring
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement AI-driven regulatory solutions

YOUR PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Compliance, Risk or Internal Audit function
  • Experience in implementing compliance programs
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI advancements in compliance management
  • Experience with AI applications in compliance
  • Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, trade controls, and AML legislations and regulations
  • Ability to identify weaknesses in procedures and controls and recommend mitigation measures and improvements
  • Strong organizational, issue resolution, and independent decision-making skills. Project management is a plus.
  • Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills, including strong English skills
  • Self-motivation and professional discipline with excellent follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a global team
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proficiency in English required; German, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
