Support project planning and scheduling activities across internal teamsMaintain and organize project documentation using established systems; improve such systems on the go following lessons-learned (at organizational and project level)Assist in monitoring project progress and updating internal tracking toolsHelp optimize workflows, internal processes, templates, etc.; align with an existing integrated management systems and requirements of suchCoordinate with project stakeholders in alignment with program and project management so to ensure timely information exchangeParticipate in meetings and prepare structured summaries and action logsSupport knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiativesApplication Requirements:
